United Way Social Media and Web Stories
As the digital coordinator at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, I managed the organization's five social media platforms. In this role, I brainstormed ideas, wrote copy, shot photos and short videos, designed graphics, and analyzed engagement daily for social media marketing campaigns.
Following the nonprofit's brand guidelines, I made sure posts included a friendly tone, authentic imagery and bold graphics.
I also contributed to the nonprofit's web stories, which highlighted organizational initiatives and successes, as well as assisted our staff videographer by conducting off-camera interviews on shoots and providing constructive feedback during the storyboarding and editing processes.
